SHV 57 series

Description :

The straight high-voltage connector 57K101 106N3 is compatible with the standard coaxial high-voltage cable RG58-C / U or our coaxial cable LSZH HRG58-20-2 20kV for crimping. For high temperature applications. it can also be assembled with a silicone insulated coaxial cable HSL-8S-0.75-B-2. A suitable crimping tool is available on request.

External grounding is maintained in case of unintentional mating / unmating. The central contacts are recessed to avoid any risk of electric shock when the connectors are coupled. For personal safety, the connectors must not be connected or disconnected when they are powered on.

The connectors are RoHS compliant.

Note: The SHV high voltage connector is not intermateable with the BNC connector.

HC51 series

Description :

This high voltage coaxial connector with  reverse 10 kV polarity has been designed to minimize the risk of electric shock to personnel by using built-in contacts. Both the connectors (plugs and the sockets (receptacles) have built-in contacts and withstand nominal voltage in the non-wired state.

The straight crimp cable plug HC51P-58 and the rear mount crimp receptacle HC51RB-58 are compatible with our 20kV rated LSZH HRG58-20-2 coaxial cable for crimp assembly.

For high temperature applications up to 8kV_DC the connectors can also be assembled with silicone insulated coaxial cable HSL-8S-0.5-A-2.

HC51 series connectors are not intermateable with SHV or HC52 series connectors.

An appropriate crimping tool is available on request. The connectors are RoHS compliant. The connectors should never be plugged in or be unplugged while being powered on.

HC52 series

Description :

High voltage connector of 20 kVcoaxial reverse polarityhas beendesigned to minimize the risk of electric shock to personnel by using built-in contacts. The connectors (plugs)  and the sockets (receptacles) both have built-in contacts and withstand nominal voltage in the non-wired state.

The straight crimping connector HC52P is compatible with the coaxial cables of the types RG 213 or RG 214.

The straight connector HC52P-HTV30S is compatible with our coaxial cable HTV-30S-22-2 of 30kV.

HC52 series connectors are not intermateable with SHV or HC51 series connectors.

An appropriate crimping tool is available on request. The connectors are RoHS compliant. The connectors should never be plugged in or be unplugged while being powered on.

HC7 series

Description :

The high voltage unipolar connector HC7M-xx (plug on the cable) / HC7F-xx (receptacle for instrumentation) is available for voltages up to 100kV DC as 30 A or 80 A version.

The connectors are suitable for use with shielded/screened high voltage cable.

The silver central contact pin, the robust nickel housing and the screw lock guarantee a secure and reliable connection. 

The high voltage cable is fixed to the connector housing by means of an integrated cable gland. The cylindrical setting provides a solid mechanical connection and an excellent connection of the shielding. 

Five different sizes of cable glands are available, which allows the usage of a wide range of high voltage cable diameters. An external cable gland can be used with an adapter of M20x1.5 or M25x1.5.

The high voltage connectors  are offered with PTFE insulation. The operating temperature range is extended. As an option, the receptacles are available as an oil-tight version. Embedded male contacts can be ordered for the connectors of 20 kV / 80 A.

HS/HB series

Description :

The unipolar high voltage connector HSxx (plug mounted on the cable) / HBxx (receptacle for the instrumentation) is available for operating voltages of 10 kV DC, 20 kV DC, 30 kV DC and 40 kV DC. The high voltage connector can be used with a shielded / screened high voltage cable.

The silver central contact pin, the robust nickel housing and the screw lock guarantee a secure and reliable connection. Extended operating temperatures range thanks to PTFE insulation. Some models are available with POM insulation on request.

SB100 series

Description :

The unipolar high-voltage connector S1xx (plug mounted on the cable) / B1xx (receptacle for instrumentation) is available for operating voltages up to 100 kV DC as 30 A or 80 A version. The high-voltage connector can be used with a high voltage coaxial shielded cable.

The silver central contact pin, the robust nickel housing and the screw lock guarantee a secure and reliable connection. The cable is fixed to the connector housing by means of a cable gland. The cylindrical setting provides a solid mechanical connection and an excellent connection with the shielding. Three different sizes of cable glands (A / B / E) are available, which allows the usage of a wide range of high voltage cable diameters.

The high voltage connector is available with POM or PTFE insulation (SB110 – SB125 only with PTFE, SB1100 only with POM). The PTFE insulation models have a wide operating temperature range. As an option the receptacles are available in an oil-tight version.

VP-CL1 series

Description :

The high-voltage connector of the VP-CL series is available as 1, 2 or 3-pole version. A clip lock mechanism allows easy coupling and uncoupling of the connector, and ensures that the plug will be locked to the outlet when it is coupled. As they are designed for internal wiring (eg electrical boxes, power cabinets, etc.) these high voltage connectors offer multiple assembly possibilities. The high-voltage connectors can either be used unassembled with a flying high-voltage cable, or mounted in crossing.

The crimping contacts that are used to facilitate mounting are available for the wire sizes from AWG 26 to AWG 14.
